Testing Your Healing

I greatly value divine healing.  Jesus died to heal every single sickness, disease, pain, infirmity, and problem in our bodies, so it is important that we can live and experience that work He already purchased for us 2000 years ago.  There are a variety of hindrances that can slow down the process of receiving divine healing, and ways we can work with them to accelerate our healing, which I discuss in a blog series titled Divine Healing That Works, which I eventually plan to turn into a book.  Nevertheless, I believe it is important to not only know how to pray for healing, but how see results in the moment, and you can do this by testing your healing.

I should clarify before going further that healing in scripture, or at least in the New Testament, tends to refer to a gradual process of ongoing healing.  Because of this, some people refer to instantaneous healings as miracles, but in either case it involves the body getting fixed, so is related to the subject of healing.  In reality, most healing is gradual, but gradual may simply be over the span of five minutes, not five weeks or five years.  As a result, testing our healing can be a vital part of the process of actually receiving the healing.

Many years ago I was a member of a Charismatic Church in State College, Pennsylvania, and one Sunday I came up to the front of the sanctuary for an altar call for healing, as I wore glasses and wanted my eyes healed.  A good friend prayed for me multiple times, and he had me look at the clock at the back of the room to test it out.  The first number of times there was no change, but as we continued to pray, persisting in prayer, my eyes began to gradually get better.  While they didn’t get completely healed that day, they did continue to improve for a period of time, to the point that legally I don’t need glasses to drive anymore, when I did prior.

A key part of that healing process, however, was testing out the healing.  After all, if you are expecting something to be fixed, how do you actually know it is fixed if you don’t try it out?  Certainly in the case of obvious issues like a visible injury testing wouldn’t be required, but most healing cannot be identified simply by appearance, which is where testing comes in.  Part of why this helps so much in apprehending divine healing is that testing it out actually engages faith.  Until an injury is tested, it is essentially a theoretical healing, that much like the conundrum of Schroedinger’s cat, may or may not exist.  Once you test it out, you can identify clearly whether you are or are not healed, and quite often people find they are indeed healed upon challenging the injury.

Testing accomplishes a few different things, actually.  First, it helps diagnose the situation.  Is the injury getting better, worse, or the same?  If worse, then it’s probably a demon and I need to cast it out.  If better, then God is healing them at that moment and I need to continue to pray and partner to complete the healing.  If nothing changes, then we need to pray to make it change.

Second, as mentioned before, testing the issue releases faith.  Multiple places in the New Testament we observe that it was when someone responded to the prayer of faith that their maladies were healed.  When we test it out, we are responding in faith, and the faith manifests the healing.

Third, testing the injury distracts the person receiving prayer.  This may sound strange, but it is incredibly helpful.  When someone is very focused on their problem, especially if it causes them pain, it is hard to get them to stop paying attention to their pain long enough to actually let it be healed and no longer painful.  When I distract them, that is oftentimes the moment when the healing manifests, and testing the injury is a fantastic way to get their focus off their pain.  It sounds strange to say that testing an injury takes their mind off of it, but it’s more that it shifts what they are focusing on.  Before challenging it, they are paying attention to the problem, whereas when testing it, they are now mentally looking for a solution.  While it will still surprise (and often shock) people when they discover they are in fact healed, the moment of testing makes them shift their thinking.  Sometimes, such as with a headache, I will have the person rate their pain from 0-10, I’ll pray, then have them turn their head side to side, and then I will ask them to rate their pain again.  The turning-the-head part honestly is just to distract them long enough for the healing to manifest, and it gives them an action to do in the meantime.  There is nothing special about turning your head side to side to get rid of a headache.  I just do it to make them shift their thinking, and when they re-evaluate, oftentimes it is either partway or entirely better.

Testing your healing sounds silly to the natural mind, but it incorporates practical, biblically sound spiritual principles that can be used time and time again to help encourage divine healing to manifest.  If you have difficulty getting results when praying for the sick, or if you want to take your healing ministry to the next level and aren’t already doing this, get people to test their healing where possible, and I honestly expect you will find that a larger percentage of people will walk away healed by the power and blood of Jesus Christ.

The Kingdom Within—The Reality Of The Inner Dimension

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” text_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

In my growing experience doing inner healing, I have come to understand that Inside each of us is a dimensional space of some kind.  In this space, we actually have far more activity than we might imagine.  For those who have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), this is where the various personalities exist when they are not the presenting part that is using the body at that moment.  This is also the realm where demons inhabit if they are inside someone.  It might be known as an “Inner World” or “Inner Dimension”, but it has a variety of names.  I personally refer to it as one’s “System” simply because that is what my friends call it, but any of those three names are equally relevant, as might many more.

Luke 17:21 references this inner realm, saying, “nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”  Consider what that might mean.  The Bible says that we each have the Kingdom of God inside of us.  That passage doesn’t say that Jesus lives in us (although He does for those who are saved), but that within us is an entire realm of the Kingdom of God.  Let that sink in.  We know the Kingdom of God isn’t a tangible location on the earth.  I can’t buy a plane ticket and fly there for the weekend, but we know it still exists, so its location must be other-dimensional.  Some argue that it is a dimension that overlays ours, others think it is in outer space somewhere.  I think it is probably both and more, but it is clearly also a dimension within each one of us.

This has some interesting implications.  As I mentioned above, this inner System is where demons go when they are inside someone.  Luke 11:24-26 says, “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’  And when he comes, he finds it swept and put in order.  Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first.”  Also echoed in Matthew 12:43-45, this passage contains some interesting secrets.  While I will not delve into the Greek here, there are some interesting details having to do with translation—ultimately the passages should say that the house is swept, ornate, and empty (read this article if interested in the Greek)

When we cast demons out of a person, if all we do is cast it out and do nothing to influence how the demon was able to get inside the system to begin with, then the demon will simply return later, find that the system it left earlier was cleaned up a bit and made nice and pretty for it, and it will bring roommates with it.  When I cast out a demon, I first find out how it got access to begin with, and we remove the point(s) of access, often through prayers of renunciation.  After making the demon leave, I pray for Holy Spirit to fill up every place the demon vacated.  In doing so, it stops being swept clean and empty, but rather the door locked to the demon, swept clean, and filled with God’s glory.

This inner dimension can fit a lot of stuff because it isn’t relegated to the size of our bodies.  Angels can be in there, demons can reside there, and Jesus can be enthroned in that dimension as well.  This inner dimension is where strongholds are located.  The Bible speaks in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 about them, saying “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.  We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”  At first glance it appears that Paul is talking about demolishing arguments other people are making, but if you read the sentences more closely, it actually seems Paul is talking about the inner world.  We cannot take other people’s thoughts captive; only our own, so Paul is clearly talking about our own inner soul here, at least to some extent.  Thus, if we understand that strongholds are some kind of castle or fortress, it makes far more sense that we can have strongholds inside us when we realize they exist inside the System.  When we use the power of God to demolish those strongholds, we are waging war internally against the demonic, taking over Kingdom ground within us.

One observation about the Inner System is that we can create anything there that we want, literally by saying it.  Job 22:28 says, “You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.”  We create things with our words, and the workings of the System is a very good indicator of this.  For example, I was recently working with one of my granddaughters, and this particular part was upset because she felt God doesn’t answer her prayers.  I had this part ask God why her prayers aren’t answered, and from what she relayed to me, one of the reasons had to do with a lack of faith.  She wasn’t sure what to make of that, so I began to explain what the Bible says about faith being a tangible force and energy, and then said “There is faith right in front of you.  Look at it and tell me what you see.”  This part, who is looking in front of her while inside the system says “Oh, I see this glass vial with blue liquid and it has a cork in it.”  My declaration that faith was in front of her caused this spiritual item, a small glass bottle to appear inside her System.  We must remember that God spoke and in speaking created myriads of realms, and we are made in His image.  When I am doing inner healing with someone and speak something in faith, I release it into their inner system, and they can verify that it is there.  This happens consistently, not just with that vial of faith (which, by the way, I had that fragment drink and she informed me it tasted like strawberries, cherries, and chocolate. What fun!).

When we decree a thing into the System, we establish it in the inner dimension.  Because I know this when I start working with someone I make sure to add a few things that will help them.  I decree a spring of the water of life appears in their system, that continually flows and turns into a river that runs throughout the entire system.  I decree the Tree of Life is planted inside the System as well, and oftentimes parts who like gardening will grow them in their garden, which is again located inside this inner world.  I have a friend who had one fragment who likes to garden, and this part began to weave small rafts of willow leaves and sends plant starts down the river into other areas of the System that we haven’t been able to access yet.  The third thing I usually do is I decree a Healing Center into existence, and if the person doesn’t have any fragments or alters who are good at doing inner healing work (such as with my grandchildren) I staff the Healing Center with angels. By decreeing it, God assigns angels and they get sent into the System to staff the Center.  All of these things have long-term positive benefits and ensure that healing is taking place inside even if we aren’t doing inner healing prayer at that time.  And all of it occurs simply by declaration!  No wonder the power of life and death is in the tongue!

I began pursuing inner healing and deliverance around fifteen years ago, in my early twenties, and working with the System is the fastest, easiest, and most effective manner of ministering inner healing I have ever seen.  The reality of the Inner World is important to understand, and it helps provide a practical backdrop to understand where demons reside in a person before they are cast out and how multiple personalities can function.  In general it helps us understand how we can work with the functions of the multidimensional reality we live in to help bring the healing power of Jesus Christ to the individual.

The Power of Renunciation

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

The past few months have kept me pretty busy, but one of the things the Lord has been highlighting to me is what I refer to as transformation ministry—what most people call inner healing and deliverance.  I have been doing a good bit of work of late both with myself and family members in this area, and am seeing the fruit at work.  It is incredibly empowering, as it reveals to me more and more about the level of power and authority we have been given in Christ Jesus.  One of the things I have made frequent use of during this process is the power of renunciation.

According to Dictionary.com, the word renounce means to give up or put aside voluntarily, often by formal declaration, or to disown.  Any time we renounce something during a prayer session, we are making a clear statement about what is part of us and our lives, and what we have no involvement with.  There is something about renunciation that creates a dividing line separating us from what the enemy wants to do in our lives.  As we disavow things of darkness, whether overt or covert, it breaks the access the enemy has on our lives.  2 Corinthians 6:14-17 puts it this way:

“Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?  What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?  What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

“I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”
Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”

This means it is no longer a “we”, but an ‘I” and “them”.  As we renounce things, and our involvement with them, we are literally making ourselves holy and set apart unto God in that area of our lives.  As we do this, even as the above verses suggest, it makes room for God to enter that part of our lives in a new way.

In a previous blog article, I discussed The Mechanism of A Vow, which touches on similar subjects, but renouncing things works based on spiritual rules.  The things we choose to engage create openness for spiritual entities to engage us in return—what I call the Law of Focus, seen clearly in James 4:8a, “Come near to God and he will come near to you.”  When we renounce things, we give it anti-focus, pushing it away from us in the spirit.

Almost anything can be renounced, and it is a fairly helpful and commonly used tool in my inner healing and deliverance toolkit.  Some examples include:  negative emotions, erroneous beliefs, books, activities, movies, video games, organizations, vows, and more.  Certainly not every book, movie, video game, or organization is bad, but some of them are.  Sometimes, it’s not even that the thing itself is bad, but how we have internalized it due to our belief system is unhealthy.  A good analogy of what this does is that these things can open doors in the spirit, and the enemy wants to use them to bring darkness into our lives.  When we renounce them we close those doors and remove the enemy’s access to those areas of our lives.

Practically speaking, let’s say that someone has been playing and enjoying a video game that the Lord has been showing you is unhealthy.  Don’t misunderstand–I’m not saying all video games are bad.  I have written a book called The Gamer’s Guide to the Kingdom of God specifically using MMORPG games as a backdrop for understanding how the supernatural realms of God function.  I’m not anti-video-game.  However, not all video games are wholesome either.  If the Lord is showing you that it is time to put that game down due to its spiritual influence, you might pray the following prayer or similar:

“In the name of Jesus I renounce [name the video game] and all of my involvement in it.  I apply the blood of Jesus to that area of my mind and soul, and ask that you wash it clean with the water of Life.  In its place, I ask for you to fill me with the Holy Spirit.”

This is a super simple prayer that can be used for many different things.   It is one example, but renunciation prayer needs to cover three imperative parts in a specific order:

1.  Breaking agreement with the old (ie. renouncing)
2. Removing the negative
3. Replacing it with positive

As we progress on our individual inner healing journeys, I highly encourage everyone to not just memorize specific prayers, but to understand the principles behind them, such as those shared here.  The above prayer is simple and can be used and remastered for most situations, but when we understand the three parts of a renunciation prayer, even if we forget my example prayer, we can simply make up our own on the spot.  Regardless of whether we use a script or devise our own wording, the underlying principles are very effective.  Renunciation is powerful, and is a simple way to wreak havoc on the enemy’s involvement in our lives, setting us free to enjoy all that God has for us.

A Sinister Undercurrent In Disney

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” text_font_size=”16″]

I have never been to Disneyland or Disney World, and as amusement parks, they are probably very fun.  Some of the shows on the Disney Channel are far more wholesome than most adult shows.  And most kids enjoy at least some of the Disney Empire of movies.  Nevertheless, I have recently become aware of a nefarious and even occult undercurrent with the company.  Yes, I’m talking about the Magic Kingdom, Mickey Mouse, the Disney Princesses, and all of the rest of it, and more specifically in their movies.  It is very hard to pinpoint, but there is some type of occult and/or satanic influence behind Disney.  I’m not saying that everyone who works for Disney is evil, nor that the Board are satanists, and it is admittedly difficult to pinpoint the exact nature of the problem.  However, it has become apparent to me the past few weeks through a series of synchronous encounters the Lord brought across my path that there is indeed a sinister undercurrent in Disney.

In my own inner healing journey, I have shared a good bit on blog posts about working with fragments and alters.  I can’t explain everything here, but you can read a series of blogs on inner healing here that should catch you up a bit.  I haven’t shared many details of my own inner healing sessions, but I discovered recently that the word Disney itself was a significant trigger to my inner system.  In the process of unraveling the trigger, we located a part named Lacy Susan who kept talking about Maleficent, the witch from Sleeping Beauty.  This part was very scared and kept saying “She cast a spell on me.”  That is strange enough in and of itself, but it made me start wondering.  Was there some member of the Disney crew who, in production, added some spell to the movie?  I don’t know, but my one granddaughter is terrified beyond reason of Maleficent, and I will have to do some inner healing with her on the subject fairly soon.

The very next day, a friend, who is also a survivor of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and who knew nothing about my inner healing encounter, messaged me about a dream she had that was filled with Disney references.  Not only was this dream filled with Disney characters and references, the entire dream was actually someone trying in real life to access and regain control over one of the parts in her system.  In talking with this friend more, she has identified this same sinister undercurrent in Disney and its involvement in her ritual abuse.  As part of her own inner healing journey she avoids all things Disney, and wisely so.

The day after that, my wife and I were talking with a friend and mentioned our growing suspicion about spiritual problems with Disney.  She informed us that as a kid she really liked The Little Mermaid, but that ever since, even in adulthood, she is somewhat plagued by the songs from that movie, as they randomly pop into her mind throughout the week . . . almost every week.  I led her in a short prayer of renunciation and she could feel something shifting inside her as she prayed.

I pondered all of this, as anytime a subject like this keeps coming up in a short period of time, it’s something God wants me to take note up.  I thought some more, and realized that in the movie Cinderella, the fairy godmother teaches the listener a set of spell words—an incantation.  Wanting to test my theory, I prayed to renounce the words she said in the song: “Salagadoola mechicka boola bibbidi-bobbidi-boo”.  I immediately felt something shift inside me in the spirit.  I had a family member (who is of similar age and watched the same movie as a kid) test this for me as well.  I called up a super-prophetic part of hers, had this part pray the same prayer of renunciation, then asked her to tell me what happened inside her system.  She told me she also could see something lifting off of her in the spirit.

The difficulty with some prophetic revelation is that it’s not always clear.  For example, I don’t know if it is specifically the movies, something about the movie characters, or something else about Disney entirely.  I’m not sure if the characters are putting spells on people, if the issue is subliminal messaging (there are a bunch of subliminal images and hidden auditory soundtrack in older Disney movies), or some combination thereof.  It could be that there is something spiritual tied to the movies which is why the issue is so vague.  At some point in time, even if I don’t have all the answers, I’m simply not going to do Disney anymore.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m not exactly fawning all over the company to begin with, but if their products are that much of a spiritual problem, I am more than happy to do without.  And realistically, I encourage you to do the same.

While yes, it does open the door to some pretty frustrating questions such as “If Disney is bad, what is okay for the kids?”.  Honestly, I really don’t know anymore.  I’ve heard stories from reputable sources about Cabbage Patch Kids causing serious demonization of children, as well as Pokemon being based on actual demons and their attacks based on how demons actually influence on people.  The truth is that it easy to create spiritual problems and/or add demonic undertones in entertainment, especially children’s entertainment, and the reality is that there is an express goal by certain parties to do exactly that.  In the same way that SRA is far more widespread than anyone realizes, occult influence in Western Culture is also far more pervasive than many realize.  Frustrating?  Sure.  Nevertheless, it seems prudent to me to walk wisely and limit areas in my life (and my family’s lives) that give easy access to the enemy.

Have you noticed anything similar about Disney or other entertainment, whether for kids, adults, or the whole family?  What has God been showing you about the subject?

According To Your Faith Let It Be Done

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” text_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

I was doing some inner healing with a family member recently.  We had identified a particular demon, identified the boss demon in charge of that one, and I then interrogated the boss about their points of access.  In this process I asked that boss about HIS boss.  I didn’t get very far as he said he didn’t really know anything.  Mind you, demons are liars so it can be difficult at times to know when they are telling the truth or just lying again, but in this particular moment it seemed to have answered truthfully.  Thus, I asked it “Who would know?”  After being evasive for a bit, it informed me of another fragment in the system we hadn’t know about before that knew who the Big One was.  Progress!

After casting out the boss and his lackeys, I spoke to that part he had told us about, whose name was Penny.  Penny was very pleasant, and extremely helpful.  She told me that the Big One, (whose name she didn’t know either, so that’s what she called him) is a principality, a territorial spirit over the USA.  More specifically, the Big One is very big, and affects many people,  targeting many individuals throughout the nation and sending groups of demons against them to prevent them from walking out their purpose.  Penny shared that the Big One appears like a dark fog that creates a dampening field over the nation to prevent the work of God from progressing.  One particular area he dampens is the ability of miracles to function.

While that revelation in and of itself is heavy, what Penny told me next made me laugh.  I asked Penny “Do you see him affecting me as well?”

“Not very much. . . largely because you don’t care and don’t believe he can.”

There is a valuable truth contained in the last thing Penny said.  While yes, it is helpful to know that there are spirits specifically sent against the people of God to prevent us from performing miracles and to keep us walking out our purpose and destiny, of much greater value is knowing how to reduce such negative influence, even if you aren’t spending any time praying against the Big One and his demonic henchmen.  The key Penny shared was that our faith changes any dynamic.

Seriously, think about that.  This part just told me that there is a principality, a powerful ruling territorial spirit over this vast nation who attacks the people of God to prevent them from living out their purpose, but he is only able to influence me to a small degree for one simple reason:

Because I don’t believe he can touch me.

Sometimes it literally is that simple.  Jesus spoke about the power and importance of faith and the converse, unbelief, on multiple occasions.  In Matthew 9:29-30a Jesus was praying for two blind men and the scriptures say, “Then he touched their eyes and said, ‘According to your faith let it be done to you’;  and their sight was restored.”  He was very clear that their faith was the influencing factor in that situation—the factor that decided how much healing they received.  Mark 6:4-6 says, “Jesus said to them, ‘A prophet is not without honor except in his own town, among his relatives and in his own home.’ He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them.  He was amazed at their lack of faith.”  We see this same dynamic repeated yet again, but in the negative.  This time, due to a lack of faith, widespread miracles are unable to be performed and Jesus was limited to healing just a few sick people.

Imagine that Israel had a territorial spirit like the Big One trying to prevent the miraculous.  Then enters Jesus—a man who knows who He is in the Father, and knows the authority and power he has been given from Heaven.  While yes, the unbelief of a group of people does affect His ability to function in the supernatural at the highest levels, He is still able to heal sick people in spite of their doubt because He knows He has the faith needed to get the job done.

It can be very easy sometimes to fall back on the “it doesn’t happen in the US” crutch.  But what would happen if you decided that demons didn’t have the ability or right to operate around you?  What if you decided to extend your faith to believe for a devil-free, doubt-free zone around you wherever you go?  What if your faith created a spiritual anti-dampening field that combats the demonic dampening fields set against us in this nation?  In reality, what makes us think that every nation doesn’t have a principality assigned to do the same?  We must learn to understand and activate the power of our faith to destroy the work of hell and release the virtue of heaven in our midst.

There is nothing super-special about me more than anyone else that makes me less-affected by this principality.  The only difference is in how much we believe it has the right or ability to affect us.  After all, if things are done to us according to our faith, then let us be people who believe what Jesus said of us in Luke 10:19:

“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”

Seeing In The Spirit To Release Physical Healing

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” text_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

A couple of months ago my wife and I got a gym membership after talking about it for over a year.  While our fitness goals differ, we have gone faithfully each week for the past few months to enhance our health primarily through swimming.  Well, Sunshine took a big hit this past week when her back went out on her.  The cause is unclear, but when it was time to go to our next “gym appointment” we decided to go anyway—me to work out and her to gently rehab her back in the pool.  After I finished swimming however-many laps (I find it too hard to count so don’t bother), we were slowly going up and down a lane together chatting when she asked me “You know thing where you look at people’s physical bodies and see what is wrong with them?  Can you do that for me?”

I proceeded to look at her back in the spirit and saw this strange-looking thing that was a bit like a combination between a black eel, a pair of those tongs they used back in the day to pick up blocks of ice, and one of those black spiked collars you might put on your junkyard guard dog.  It had lodged itself in her back at the location/level of the vertebrae where she felt the pain and tightness.  Anyway, I hadn’t even prayed yet, as I was silently looking in the spirit to see what I could observe, but while I did she felt something lift off her shoulders and was like “Wow, that’s amazing! It feels better already!”  I didn’t tell her that I hadn’t even prayed yet.  I’m guessing an angel must have taken care of it, but I don’t really know.  Next, I told her what I saw and pulled it off of her back.  Then I told her to see how it felt.  No joke, she was twisting and turning with a significant increase in range of motion compared to thirty seconds prior.  She wasn’t totally healed at that moment, as she ended up having more issues later on that night, but the immediate change was substantial.  As I thought about it later, I wanted to share this story on the blog because I think it will help a lot of people.

I have touched on this subject before, in my article “Healing With The Seer Gift”, but in short I look in the spirit at the person or problem I am trying to “diagnose”, and as I do that I start having visions about the nature of the problem.  In my wife’s case it was a demonic entity of some kind, but sometimes I will see colors instead of beings.  Other times I will see objects, spiritual or psychic devices of some kind that are influencing the area in question.  Once, my wife was telling me about a headache she was having and said “it feels like there is a nail in my eye.”  I simply reached out toward her face, acted like I was pulling a nail out of her eye, and the headache left immediately.  The reason she felt like there was a nail in her eye is because there was a nail in her eye—just not a physical, tangible one.

I think sometimes we forget that the unseen realms are in fact very real.  My grandfather once had a ceremonial African mask hanging on his wall at his house.  I told him about the demon I saw sitting on top of it (it looked like a big black chameleon and it hissed at me), and he basically didn’t believe me.  My reply to him is key to this subject.  I said, “Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean I can’t see it, and it doesn’t make it not there.”  The unseen realms are all around us, and our inability to perceive them doesn’t make them go away.  If a demon or witch or whomever drives a spiritual nail in someone’s eye, it will remain there until it gets removed, either by us or an angel.  In the same way the physical realm has object permanence, so do the spirit realms.  The gifts of the spirit are part of our tool-kit that help us to interact with these invisible realms, but many times people don’t know they can activate those senses on their own, at will, and when they do, they don’t always know what to do with what they see.

Some of it is trial and error, but a big part of it is being led and guided by Holy Spirit.  As I have dealt with spiritual objects, spirits, and more over the years I have learned a few things, but I still have to ask Him sometimes what to do in a situation.  Following His lead is the first key to using this ability to heal.

The next thing we have to recognize is that when we act something out we aren’t just playing make-believe.  Our imaginations aren’t just a pretend thing.  The way we interact with the spirit realms is through our desire, intention, and belief.  Our imagination is actually a vehicle that puts our belief into action.  In other words, when we imagine something, we are using our power as co-creators with God to actually create that very thing.  When I “imagine” myself pulling a demon off my wife’s back, I’m not just playing make-believe—I am activating my spiritual abilities to actually pull a demon off my wife’s back.  While some find this hard to swallow, the proof is in the fruit.  If it didn’t work, and I really was just pretending, my wife’s back would have had no change at all.  Sure, someone could argue that my pretending activated her faith to believe it was better, but that doesn’t usually work when the problem is a demon, because they will fight back against you, and in a situation like this where the faith is supposedly “make believe” to begin with, how would that force a demon to leave?  No, in pulling the spirit off of her back, I was making use of my authority as a son of God to do what Jesus said we could do in Luke 10:19, “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”

The third thing we have to do (in no particular order) is engage the angels.  Whether we do it by speaking to them directly, praying to God to have them do something, commanding a thing to change, or simply praying to God for a situation to get fixed, all of these are valid ways we can engage angelic assistance.  Everyone has ideas about which of the above options are permissible for the believer.  Instead of arguing with others over what we are allowed or not allowed to do, just pick the one that fits for you and move forward.  Get angels involved in the situation.  They are ministering spirits sent to us to minister salvation (Hebrews 1:14)—the saving, healing, delivering power of God.

Seeing in the spirit is an incredible key to helping physical healing manifest when we pray, and it works for emotional healing too!  Not everyone is automatically gifted in this area, but it is a skill that anyone can learn.  Some may have it easier than others, but to say that one is incapable of seeing in the spirit is like saying some people get born with eyes.  While that may happen in real life in a rare case, I assure you that the person’s DNA contains the information on how to make eyes, but something got messed up along the way.  Likewise, your spirit-body has eyes (Ephesians 1:18), and if it doesn’t for some weird reason, then it’s something God needs to heal and fix, not a handicap to live with.  I have learned over time and through practice to both see and hear in the spirit, and I personally think that every believer needs to have both skills trained through regular use.  The enemy wants to block our ability to perceive what God is doing in any and every situation, and sometimes if I am unable to see clearly, I can hear God speaking to me.  If I can’t hear Him, sometimes I will have a vision.  If neither work, sometimes I will have this inner-knowing, a perception of some kind, about what to do.  I encourage everyone to train your spiritual senses so that you can hear God, do what He is doing, and manifest the life of Christ Jesus on the earth.  And who knows?  Maybe the next time you have back pain, or a headache, or some other ailment, you will remember about this article, take a look to see what the problem is, and discover that this really does work.  Don’t just take my word for it—try it for yourself and see what happens!

SRA, CIA, DID: It’s Time To Get Ready

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” text_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

There is a lot going on politically in the US right now, and one of the subjects the media is unlikely to talk about is Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and one of the resulting problems it creates in the victims, namely Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). To learn a little more about fragments and where they come from, you can read my blog article titled ‘”Fragments – Part 3 of Divine Healing That Works”

http://www.thekingsofeden.com/2016/05/divine-healing-that-works-part-3/

It is expected that in the next year or so, although probably much sooner, we are going to see a lot of new information come to light about sex trafficking, satanic ritual abuse, mind control, ritual human sacrifice, and other perverse activities occurring in the highest levels of the US government, media, and entertainment. What I believe we are going to see is that there are a great many SRA victims that no one knew about. How is this possible?

SRA involves, among a slew of demonic rituals and other dark activities, what is essentially a combination of brainwashing, hypnotism, and subconscious Pavlovian suggestions, creating what is termed a “program”. Many SRA alters are the results of this purposeful programming, such that they respond in very directed, predictable ways depending on the external stimuli such as special words or symbols. These victims also have a lot of curses and demonic control that further complicates the issue, but intentional fragmenting of the soul to create alternate identities that can be brainwashed is a key part of this process. It is believed that some of the perpetrators of recent school shootings may have been victims of such programming. The CIA used to run Project MK Ultra, a set of mind control programming experiments, to learn how to do this very thing (For those who have seen the movie The Manchurian Candidate, this is a perfect example of people who have undergone MK-Ultra level mental programming but who are not SRA.). You can read the Wikipedia entry on MK Ultra here for those who are interested.  While the CIA publicly acknowledge that they shut down the MK Ultra program, which is technically true, it has moved past the experimental phase and simply has another name.

Whether SRA, CIA programming, or a combination of the two, the end result is going to be the same—alternate personalities (alters) that are essentially a fractured-off part of the individual’s soul that has formed its own unique identity. These alters may have programs that are very damaging, while others are more mundane—it varies from person to person, situation to situation, and alter to alter. I have an SRA friend who gave me her new cell phone number once, and later gave me a different one. Why the two numbers? The first time, an alter who isn’t usually responsible for handling that sort of thing gave me the number, and gave me the wrong one. Whoops! I remember hearing a story of another friend who walked into her kitchen and realized she had received some inner healing because all of her kitchen cabinet doors were open—she had unknowingly integrated the part who was responsible for shutting them. These are mundane stories but demonstrate experiences one might have if he or she has DID. Different parts do different things, and they don’t always share memories, so sometimes someone will have gaps in their memory because their core self wasn’t “awake” at the time an event occurred—an alter was and the core self didn’t have that memory.

I believe we are entering a new phase in history—a Great Awakening. I expect it will be filled with liberation of many of the governments of this world from corruption, as well as a mass-freeing of many who have been subjected to sex slavery, satanic ritual abuse, mind control, and much more. As this happens, however, we will need to have the right tools to help those around us who are struggling with demonic curses, split personalities, and mind programming. To do this, I believe we can do four things:

1. Become more aware of the problem. This can be done in a variety of ways, but even a cursory internet search will yield useful and helpful results. Amazon has a plethora of books on the subject as well. I have coauthored a book on the subject of fragments, alters, and inner healing titled “Broken To Whole“, available on Amazon. Two of the coauthors, Matt Evans and Diane Moyer, have written another book along similar lines, titled Divine Healing for Spirit, Soul, & Body.

2. Become aware of our own parts. As touched on in some of my other articles on the subject of fragments, alters, DID, and SRA, every person has fragments, but most people are unaware of them. Self-awareness and working on self-integration will help the individual prepare for working with or even just befriending others, as it gives perspective on what someone else could be experiencing. My article titled DID Self-Healing; Integrating Fragments and Alters is a useful resource to help move forward with this. A caution, it doesn’t work well for people who are SRA victims, as they tend to pass out and are unable to actually do the exercise. If anyone wants to work with a prayer counselor of some kind, you can go to our Resources page for a list of possible options.

3. Help others become more aware of the issue. With the advent of social media, this is very easy. For example, sharing this article or any of the others I have written on this subject on social media is a simple way to raise awareness with minimal effort. A simple internet search will yield a plethora of articles and information that can be shared with family and friends with the click of a button. Not everyone will gravitate to these subjects, but we all owe it to ourselves and those around us to become aware of the basics of this subject, if for no other reason than to not be caught unaware in the future. There may be people you or I know who have mind-programming and aren’t even aware of it until they read something you shared about the signs and symptoms of SRA. Dan Duval and Bride Ministries are a great resource for both personal learning and raising awareness.  I also highly recommend the following informational resource: SMART – Ritual Abuse

4.  Pray.  Prayer is the foundation for anything we want to see happen.  If we want corruption and evil exposed in the government, media, and entertainment industries, we pray.  If we want to see people set free from this kind of bondage, we pray.  Regardless of the situation, irrespective of the need, prayer should be the first solution to every problem.  Let us pray for God to open our eyes to the truth, and show us how to walk in freedom and life.

The Cure For The Pain Of The World

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” text_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

Sometimes, the pain in this world can be overwhelming.  Just the painful people with broken bodies that I work with each week are enough to want to fix the world, but that is just a fraction of the suffering present in this world.  When faced with such pain, whether physical or emotional, it can be difficult to know how to move forward, especially when it seems like nothing will fix it.  My wife gets frustrated with me at times because I’m always trying to fix problems, especially when she hurts.  Women usually are assumed to be caregivers (and usually they do an amazing job at it), but while being problem-fixers is hard-wired into males I think this is part of how we express our care and compassion, in our infinite hunt for the cure for the pain of the world.

Certainly, it isn’t an all-encompassing search, but I believe that men deeply care about stopping the pain and suffering in this world.  And nowhere do we see this demonstrated better than in the life of Jesus.  This guy was amazing, and his love constantly amazes me.  Just reading about how he dealt with people in the Bible, he was so incredibly kind and filled with compassion.  This dude took sacrificial love to another level, and that even before giving his life on the cross.  In Matthew 14, the Bible says that Jesus received word that his cousin, John the Baptist, had been beheaded by Herod.  It says, “When Jesus heard it, He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when the multitudes heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities.  And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick (Matthew 14:13-14).

Jesus was leaving to spend some time by himself to grieve his cousin’s death.  In verse 15 it says his disciples were there, so either they followed along with the crowds, or Jesus brought them with him.  Either way, no matter how much his heart hurt, he saw the suffering of the people, set aside his own pain, and ministered to them, healing all of the sick who were present out of his great love.  Jesus knew that we humans need a solution for our suffering, so he stretched out his hand to heal time and time again.

I think we all wish sometimes that Jesus was not just “alive in us”, but that he would physically appear and do the things He did in the Bible.  Why?  Because many of us or our family members are sick or in pain or otherwise in need.  Sometimes it feels like the supernatural is highly impractical.  Many believers who actively minister in divine healing have difficulty getting our own spouses healed of their problems, and sometimes it can feel like divine healing only works on total strangers.  Except when they are lying in a hospital bed near-dead or permanently disabled.  Even in many church meetings, someone’s back pain will go away, the headaches and joint pain may leave, but the cripples come and go just as crippled as they were before.

The hard part, for me, is both the lack of healing as well as the fact that when all of this happens, or rather when healing fails to happen, I am still convinced that Jesus is the cure for the pain of the world.  Why is that hard?  Because I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.  The only reason infirmity and disease even have the capacity to exist in this world is because of sin.  Jesus conclusively and successfully paid the price for all sin for all time and eternity, so there shouldn’t be any difficulty getting people healed.  And while I can list nearly a dozen things** that can influence why and when people don’t get healed, the reality is that Jesus is our trump card, and none of that should matter.  So what do we do to fix this?

Personally, I talk to God about it every time something fails, if only to let Him know that it disappoints me, and to ask Him to transform me to become the solution to the problem.  I do believe in using however many steps it takes to get the job done, whether inner healing methods or daily faith-affirmations or whatever else, but I also believe there is a higher reality we need to access.  I believe that when Jesus told us in John 14 that we would do greater works than He did because He was going to be with the Father, that He meant it.

It is incredibly discouraging to pray for people and not see them healed.  It is downright heartbreaking to have someone reach out to you to help raise their loved one from the dead only to bury them within the week.  It pains me to know that so much suffering still remains in this world in spite of our efforts to remove it.  I believe that in spite of the many failures we still see in healing and the many people in the Body of Christ who are still sick and dying, and even those who don’t get raised from the dead when we pray, that Christ is still on the throne and that His promises to us are still good.  I believe that as we continue to pursue Him, and love Him, and continue to reach out our hands to cure the world one person at a time, that God will meet us.  Maybe we don’t see it every time, but Paul explained that it makes a mockery of God to think that we can sow and not reap (Galatians 6:7).  If we pray in faith and continue to believe, we will reap a harvest one way or another.

In this hour in history, God is bringing us fresh revelation and fresh outpourings of His spirit to take us to a higher level.  He is preparing the Body of Christ to step into an entirely new realm of His spirit and power.  We must continue to press forward, continue to believe, and when circumstances fail us, keep believing anyway.  After all, what other solution is there?  It is my prayer, both for myself and for you, that God would strengthen us with power in our innermost being by His Spirit so that we, the Body of Christ, might manifest the life, light, and love of Jesus Christ in healings, signs, wonders, and miracles to become the cure for the pain of the world.

The Truth About Sin

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” text_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

As the son of an Episcopal priest, I was raised in a Godly home with parents who love the Lord dearly.  I was taught the disciplines of scripture reading and regular times of private prayer, all of which have held me in good stead in my life.  On the other hand, I was also taught some fairly harmful things about the sin and wrath and punishment that truly aren’t the heart of God.  This was especially highlighted to me recently when I hit a problem and went into an emotional tailspin.  In speaking with a close friend he reminded me of something I already know, but had forgotten—the truth about sin.

Many of us have been taught that sin is this horrible thing that separates us from God.  He can’t look upon sin so he had to send Jesus to shed his blood and die to forgive us.  The result is that when God looks at us, he sees Jesus instead.  Basically, we got to put on Jesus-masks and Jesus-colored clothing to make God like us again.  But that’s not how it actually is.

The truth about sin is that it kills us.  The Bible is quite clear in both the Old Testament and New Testament that sin kills.  Our loving heavenly Father doesn’t want us to die, or experience death, loss, and destruction in any area of our lives, so He sent Jesus to deliver us and set us free from sin and death.  Nowhere in that gospel message is anything about God being unable to look upon us.  In fact, in the Garden, the Father went searching for Adam and Even when He knew they had sinned so He could help protect and restore them.  The Father’s wrath isn’t against mankind, but against everything that hinders us from His love.

The truth about sin is that it poisons our hearts.  Sin in and of itself is a problem, but just as much of a problem is how it seeps its way into the deepest reaches of our hearts and whispers lies to us.  It tells us that we are not good enough, and that we deserve judgment.  We then begin to self-loathe and self-punish in our hearts for all of our failures, further letting death work within us.  Not only that, but often those things we hate about ourselves are often activities that we are attracted to *because* of sin at work within us.  Certainly the demonic realms are involved in all of this, but at the end of the day, sin entices us, accuses us, then kills us, bit by bit, day by day.

The truth about Jesus is that He isn’t half as concerned about sin as we are.  He already paid for it all, for all mankind, for all time and eternity.  There isn’t a single thing we can do now or in the future that He hasn’t already paid for.  Sometimes it feels like when we first get saved we get set free from sin, but after we get saved there isn’t that same grace available anymore.  Religion has taught us that when we sin it’s punishment time, and God is ready to put the smack-down on us.  This couldn’t be further from the truth.  We are told to come boldly before the throne of grace to find mercy and grace to help (Hebrews 4:16).  Our Heavenly Father wants us to come *to* him when we are in need, not hide from Him in our hearts.  Jesus isn’t threatened by our sin because He already conquered it.

What does that look like?  Ask Him what He thinks about you in the situation?  If you are truly hearing the voice of the Father, it is not going to be condemning.  Why?  Because the truth about God is that He doesn’t condemn us.  Romans 8:1-2 says, “Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.  For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life has set you free from the law of sin and death.”  If we are in Jesus, then there is no disapproval or criticism from the Father.  Jesus even said to a woman who had been caught *in* adultery (which means they literally saw her having sex with someone, not just suspicion or hearsay) and was about to be stoned to death “Neither do I condemn you” (John 8:11).  Jesus and the Father are exactly alike, so if Jesus doesn’t, then neither does He.

How might our perspective on things change if we stopped blaming ourselves when we sin?  What if we stopped getting angry with ourselves when we mess up?  What if we decided to change how we view ourselves and how we view sin?  Instead of seeing it as “that evil thing that we are horrible people for doing”, what if we looked at it as “that thing that hurts me when I do it, so I have to get some antidote from Jesus when I get poisoned by it.”  I believe God is shifting how the Church views sin—not because it isn’t harmful, but because God isn’t angry with us for it.  The truth about sin is that it kills us, but God made a way through Jesus to set us free from the law of sin and death, to bring us into His glorious liberty!

Healing through Forgiving Sin

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”][et_pb_row admin_label=”row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” text_font_size=”16″]

A few years ago I began listening to number of different messages from Kirby and Fiona Delanerolle, founders of Works of Wonder in Sri Lanka. They have truly gotten ahold of the message of immortality and what it means that we will not die, and are pursuing it with intensity.  One thing Kirby touched on that I continue to ponder is that we can minister healing through forgiving sin.

Consider John 20:21-23, “Again Jesus said, ‘Peace be with you!  As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.’  And with that he breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.  If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.'”  I have heard this verse many times both as a child and adult, and even while learning a lot about physical healing in my 20s I never connected the dots, but this very concept is fascinating.  Think about this.  Jesus didn’t just teach his disciples this at any time–he did it after he died and rose again, after having paid the price for all sin and death for all time . Luke 5:17-26 tells of Jesus healing the paralyzed man AFTER forgiving his sins, but at no point in time did he tell his disciples to do the same until after he rose again.  This is significant, and I believe holds a major key to those who still have yet to receive their healing.

It is easy to do an internet search and find articles about healing through forgiveness, but that is speaking about us finding healing by forgiving others for wrongs done against us–not about healing other people by forgiving their sins.  In spite of the fact that this is taught almost nowhere, I believe it is an important key to releasing the life of Christ into the earth, and it is one I fully intend to explore.

It makes amazing sense if we really look at it.  Sickness is simply death-in-process.  The only thing that gives the enemy the ability to make us sick is sin.  Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Sin causes death, so if we forgive sin, thereby removing it, then death has no hold, and giving healing–a manifestation of the gift of God that is eternal life–should be easy.  Forgive sin, heal sickness, repeat as necessary.

I think healing through forgiving sin is THE solution, but it is an important key.  We have gotten moderately good at healing some sicknesses, especially in the Charismatic churches, but anyone who operates in healing will acknowledge that we have a long way to go if we want to get the kind of results Jesus paid for with his life.  I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know I am asking some of the right questions.  What would happen if we taught people to forgive sins and not just pray for healing?  What is the relationship between faith and righteousness?  Between righteousness and healing?  This subject has so much more to it and this is only the tip of the iceberg.  I am convinced that as we pursue understanding not only what it means that Jesus forgave our sins, but that as his brothers and sisters He has given us the authority to forgive the sins of others, we will change the way we deal with people.  We will change the way we heal diseases. We can and will change the face of health on this planet, and I believe we can do it in part by healing through forgiving sin.
